The Northeast Colorado Springs Neighborhood Association was founded in the summer of 1998. Key leaders in the neighborhood recognized a need to have a cohesive voice in the community on development, school, safety, and general City issues.

It was with a vision of neighborhood preservation and a "we can do better" attitude that NECSNA was founded. NECSNA also recognized a need for improved covenant enforcement within its borders.  Read More...
