Neighborhood associations work closely with County Government, business groups and non-profit agencies to improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods and community at large.
The County Neighborhoods program serves as a valuable resource to Clark County Neighborhood Associations. They provide newsletter photocopying and mailout, and serve as a resource directory for County services and programs.
There are numerous reasons why neighborhood associations form: community safety, transportation, development, growth, representation, a stronger voice in government, and the chance to get to know people in your neighborhood. Homeowners, renters and business owners within the boundaries of the neighborhood association are members.
As a member of the Neighborhood Association you gain a valuable resource for information about what is happening in your area. You also have an invaluable opportunity to voice an opinion and make a contribution to the planning and development in your community.
There are no fees or dues to become part of the NE Hazel Dell Neighborhood Association. Just come to a meeting and begin participating and shaping the future of your community.
