Yes, there is one individual that more Middle Village residents see on a daily basis, than Senator Addabbo, City Councilwomen Crowley, or Bill Holden.

Nobody knows where this man cam from. But it is a year ago, already, that this individual stands in front of Eddies Barbershop from 8a.m.-7:30p.m. daily seven(7) days per week. You can't miss him.

BLACK HAT, BLACK SHIRT, BLACK PANTS, BLACK SHOES, AND BLACK SOCKS. HIS CAR ALSO STANDS IN FRONT OF THE BARBER SHOP 12 HOURS STRAIGHT, WHICH DOESN'T ALLOW OTHER RESIDENTS TO FIND PARKING.

He does not work obviously, but has the habit of speaking and commenting to each and every individual that passes him by. The Barber shop has lost many clients already do to his comments outside and inside the barber shop to clients walking in.

He has been thrown out of LaLu Candystore many times to date.

The Nail salon next to barber shop are not happy about him hanging around all day long. Ask a dozen people at any time about this individual, and you will hear more unpleasant comments and see more faces made of discussed for sure.

Apparently the 104 asked him to leave the area once, so he stayed away for a few days.

BUT HE IS BACK, AND IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO METROPOLITAN AVENUE. ASK THE MANY SENIOR CITIZENS, THE WOMAN ESPECIALLY, HE TALKS TO EVERYONE.

Can anyone, or a group, do something about this actual MOSQUITO to every Middle Village resident in the community. He is disruptive, interupts you, and even tells you what to do or not to do.
