Neighbors in the Keystone/Los Angeles Heights areas will meet August 16, 1999 at St. Mary Magdalen's Church, 1710 Clower, to organize a neighborhood association. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. City Councilman Bobby Perez will speak. Would be great if N.W. Los Angeles Heights representatives could attend--to testify as to effectiveness of being organized!
