As you may have already noticed, our subdivision has been sold to Beneficial Homes. The new company has bought all remaining lots and has begun construction on two homes. I inquired about the quality and prices of the new homes and it seems that they will be fairly comparable to the existing homes. The main difference is that the new homes will only be one-sided brick. The homes that are currently being built are relatively smaller than existing homes (1350 to 1800 square feet), but the quality seems to be comparable. The price on the houses begins the 90's.
Hopefully the new builder will become more involved with the appearance of the subdivision.
