North Canyon Ranch Neighbors

We all received the same notices. The board changed the rules and charged landlords for us to rent our houses. We got stuck with the house when we were robbed by our next door neighbor kids. Don't worry, after we prosecuted them they left. From the posts It seems to have not gotten much better. However, we are not some investors who bought the place cheap to make profit. We don't even collect enough in rent to pay the mortgage. How cruel can the board members be to take another $75 dollars from us. Then I read where to HOA tried to forclose on some ladies house because she owed them about $1k in fines. I don't go to meetings because I'm out of area but I think it's times to start. Does anyone know when the next board election is?

I believe the next board election meeting is in Nov. That's when the last one was.  I just rented out my home and today I received a friendly reminder letter about sending in $75 each time a tenant moves in.  This was a shock to me, to say nothing of an expense.  I think the HOA board also holds monthly meetings on the third tues. or wed of each month. Not certain of the exact date.

     Have you paid your $75 fee yet?  I am wondering how many people are cooperating in this apparently new rule.
