update to my last post. we recently had someone shoot 7 holes in our living room windows and shoot out the sensor on our security lights. It was done I'm sure with a pellet or bebe gun and was very expensive to repair. Also the glass all over the place was a hazard to ourselves and our dogs. On top of that we have asked the homeowners via Vern Carillo to have the very large Mesquit trees south of our house, on homeowners property , to be crowned or removed so they would not interfere with the solor unit we recently installed. The mess they cause in our yard, on our roof, deck, front porch and pool is incredible. The leaves are always in the house. They shed every season of the year and draw bees. We have already had to have two hives removed from our yard and landscapers as well as pest exterminators have told us that the trees are a big part of that problem. Verns reply was that the trees add an attractive accent to the neighborhood. One of them is more dead than alive and the landscapers left a dead branch supporting a sick branch. These are verry large tall trees. If that branch falls someone could be hurt or our house could be damaged. To top all of this off I saw an Allergist due to my increasing airborn allergies and it turns out that # 1 on my list with a severe reaction is Mesquite trees. # 2 is Palo Verde but there aren't any of those close to us. I sent Mr. Carrillo a copy of the test results with a notation from my doctor that I should not be so directly exposed to the debris from these trees, I am always cleaning up after them. So far no response from him and he doesn't take our calls anymore. I guess we change our opinion of the neighborhood. If we were not upside down on our home loan we would be leaving. For those of you who have asked the solar system seems to be doing well. I think we will need a full year to know how much it helps us. Also we did not buy it we are leasing it.
