Does anyone know when the water main on Poplar tent will be installed on the Northchase sub-division property? Also, what are your feelings about putting up a split-rail fence along the entire front of the northchase property?

I have not heard about the water main completion date. I am not sure what a plit rail fence would accomplish. My first thought would be to add more dirt and build a bigger berm to keep the traffic noise down. Anyone interested in this?

Split rail vs. Berm

I believe that the cost of the Berm would be cost prohibited. Besides the Irrigation is in and from the people that I have talked to that live at the front, said that they would pay for half of the fence if the rest of the neighborhood would pay for the other half. I believe this is a great idea and opportunity to get a nice fence for half price. I think a plastic 3 rail would work.

Fence

While a split rail fence would look great, it would do little to cut down on noise. Seems like we need to do something like shrubs.
