North Creek Village

To all fellow residents of North Creek Village in Kansas City:

I urge everyone to accept and abide by our new homeowners' association (Homeowner' Association of North Creek Village).

As we all know, we have been the "stepchildren" of Genesis Developement for far too long.  It was discovered recently that Genesis/"North Creek HOA" had been Administatively Dissolved by the Missouri Secretary of State in 2007.  As such, they no longer have control over the residents of North Creek.  I would also like to urge everyone not to put all the blame on Pam.  I have seen her with her pant legs rolled up, dredging sludge from the pool.  She did her best with what she had to work with.

It is a new era and I hope that all North Creek residents can pull together to retain an attorney to assure our best interests, and to support our new Board of Directors and Officers.  "Grass roots" endevors such as ours sometimes take awhile for everything to gel; however, if we all remain single-minded and cohesive in supporting the new HOA, I truly believe we can make this a better community.

I could not have said it better.  There is a lot of work to be done, but at the end of the day, we will have a safe, fun, and beautiful community that we call home.

I am very excited at the prospect of actually having a Hoa on site. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know. I know that things will improve from now on out if everyone joins in and trys to make sure this is a success.
