Looks like it's official. Everyone get out there pocketbooks and be prepared to pay back dues to Curry Mgmt.
Who is running this neighborhood? The home owners/board of directors or Curry?
This is sickening.

I have to agree with you. It'd be nice if our board of directors would post up instead of leaving us in the dark. |

Just talked with Trudy for a bit on the phone. Looks like Curry doesn't know what they're talking about. The board of directors hasn't even met with Curry to discuss this. From what Trudy told me, they were only able to get ahold of records from 2007 and older, which would prevent them from accurately and farely charging back dues. I just wanna say thanks for taking the time to speak with me on the phone, Trudy! I was mad enough to start ripping people's heads off! It is still kind of unsettling to know that Curry is giving inaccurate and incomplete information to people without discussing it with our board of directors, especially after reading Almost Broke's post with the story about them being kicked out of the management position with another subdivision. Hopefully we'll have more complete and accurate information following the upcoming meeting of the board of directors. |

It appears every post from Almost Broke in KC is negative. I would like to know where Almost Broke got their information in their blog about past dues. |
