North Creek Village

HOA Dues

Posted in: N Creek Village

I need no services provided for me either...even the pool I could take or leave. I just need to know whether I am allowed to opt-out or not.

I understand that the dues may need to be higher for awhile to help recover from a bankrupt builder/original HOA along with all the empty lots in the subdivision; however, I need to know that there is a plan and forward progress is being made. Simply hiring an expensive management company and being satisfied paying $145/month for very few services from here to eternity with no way out is not acceptable and should not be tolerated by the current homeowners either.

No, I haven’t found out anything else. I was presuming that I’d get any info from responses to my question. I know its sacrilege to even say this, but why not just bulldoze that clubhouse and pool and have everyone just take care of their own place and not have any HOA dues? $1800 a year is just too much money to constantly be paying and there is no guarantee that it won’t just go up in the future.

i am looking in to this neighorhood as well and would like a current update on how things are. any luck?

No, I don't know anything new. I guess no one from the neighborhood is on here anymore.
