About our association

Bi-Laws and Home Owners Association

According to our Bi-Laws we were given when we purchased homes in North Crystal Creek, the Developer, Wendt Construction, would maintain the neighborhood until a certain percentage of houses were complete in the addition. We are approaching completed status and we must start thinking now about what type of association we want for our neighborhood.
