North Hills Civic Association membership is open to residents of North Hills, located in the Brandywine Hundred area, north of Wilmington, Delaware. More information is included in our Constitution and Bylaws.
Our borders run east-west from the Georgian Terrace community on Washington Street Extension to Windsor Road, which is opposite Mt. Pleasant High School. Our north-south borders run along Marsh Road from Philadelphia Pike to just north of Washington Street Extension (near the Mount Pleasant High School baseball field).
