Just saw surveying poles off Windypine near Old Hickory leading back into the woods. Does anyone know about this project?

I looked for the surveying stakes but must have missed them. I did see that someone had demolished a good portion of the westerly portion of the Woodlands sign. Anybody know who damaged our sign & when? |
