What is the status of rezoning ?

Posted in: Woodlands
In mid to late October, the majority of the residents of The Woodlands signed a petition that was against rezoning. Our wishes, as evidenced by our signatures, were delivered to our councilman, Don Knoch. What happened?

Are the out$ide developer$ to win at the expense of the voters/homeowners?

Little Info

I haven't heard specifically, Oscar, but I would say things do not look good. After reading the article containing Mr. Knoch's comments regarding development I'd say his mind was made up long ago, and that he really doesn't care. He will not get my vote if he runs again (he didn't the first time).

I have seen surveyors last week at the intersection of Pineview Ln & Maplesong, surveying the land up the hill. I have also recently seen several strange cars here at the end of Woodlands Ave where I live. I take all this as a bad sign.
