Unconfirmed reports regarding the townhome developers telling some of the residents on pineview that, if the townhomes are not approved, they will destroy the bluff and put in ''cheap'' houses. Also the rumour that metro (KNOCH) is now stating that since the developers have agreed to help pay for the streetlight that this may be the way to go. Sounds like blackmail to me. If anyone has information regarding these matters which may be noting more than rumours, please post.
