BBB Online Complaint System

I'm not sure who to blame in this situation, so I haven't filed one yet. Everyone seems to point their finger at everyone else. I'm sure someone made (or is making) a healthy profit off of us though.

Hey Brian, I would be more than happy to file an online complaint if it would help our situation out. If anyone finds out which company to name in the complaint, I know several other people who would also file.

Yeah, that's my problem as well.

I would suggest contacting all 3 groups.
The association - ashefordcrossing@yahoo.com
The management company - jean.walker@nashville.com
Phillips Builders - investorrelations@beazer.com

And then based on their replies, pick which group(s) you have a grievance against. When I did this, the association didn't seem to blame anybody and took a very professional stance on the situation. Jean Walker basically blamed Phillips, and Phillips never even bothered to write me back. I would definitely file against Phillips, and possibly against Jean Walker. I honestly do think the association is doing the best it can with it's given resources, so I would leave them alone. This is just my opinion and you have every right to disagree with me.

Contacting Investor Relations at Beazer Homes will do you no good. This department is for getting information on investing in their stock which trades on the stock market.

Looks to me like you're trying to place blame somewhere when no one is really at fault. I paid my fees with no complaints and will trust that the board and Jean Walker will make improvements this year.
