I've read a couple of threads with people volunteering to cut the grass in the common area. I would also like to pitch in with planting the small annual flowers around the Asheford Crossing sign. Please respond to this message if you're willing to
1) Cut the grass
2) Buy plants & mulch
3) Plant the plants

I think between all of us, we can work up a schedule. Please include your email address in the reply. With enough interest, I will work out a schedule for 2003. Pam, would the landscape service be available only on the weeks that we can't find a volunteer?
I'd love to see that landscape budget below $1,000.
grass cutting

I'll take a turn at cutting grass if it means our fees will go down. If it's just gonna further pad the pockets of ...whomever, then count me out.
