Based upon other neighborhoods that have installed "Neighborhood Watch" signs, I would like to suggest to Officials of The Association that, in my opinion, this is something that should be considered for Woodlands. We all know that crime is rising and every measure should be taken to curb it.

Re:Neighborhood Watch Signs
There is at least one firm that manufactures such signs for Condominiums and Homeowners Association. I recall the name "Peachtree". As our management company belongs to the Community Association Institute, prehaps someone at Ghertner could get a discount on any Neighborhood Watch signs. Just a thought. By Oscar5381 |

Re:Neighborhood Watch Signs
Neighborhood Watch signs are manufactured and sold by Peachtree Business Products. I received a copy oftheir Spring 2000 catalogue today. Anyone in the Association is welcome to use it. By Oscar5381 |

neighborhood watch signs
I agree! I live at the end of Woodlands Ave, where the road ends and the gravel road goes up into the woods. Sometimes strange people come down from the woods. There are several trails up there, one that leads straight to Valley Brook. My next door neighbor had her car broken into two weeks ago. We have seen folks just come strolling down from that area into our neighborhood, and many times we've seen cars go up there day and night. By popehead |
