Helicopter

Last night, on 12/27/2000, a helicopter was repeatedly flying over this area. The copter was shining a spotlight on , it appears, Valley Brook, the woods between Valley Brook and Woodlands Drive, and portions of The Woodlands complex. Does anyone know what was going on ?
