Looks like someone missed the curve on OHB and took out a good portion of our lovely rock wall. I would like to know if someone knows who did this and if they are going to make reparations, and when.

At our HOA meeting, we were told that we have over $14,000 in a contingency fund in case we have something like this to arise. I realize the person who did the damage is responsible, but that the likelihood of knowing who did it is slim to none. Don't we have insurance to cover this type of damage? Can't some of the monies from the contingency fund be used to either pay the deductible or for the repairs? How long does it have to look like that?

I don't know who caused the damage, but I bet that the name of the evildoer is on the police report for this accident.
FYI, police reports can be obtained in the Criminal Justice Building downtown.

Does anyone know when the accidant happened? I would guess 10/21/2000.

The Property Manager of Huntington Ridge condos was in the Woodlands last Friday afternoon. He said that he noticed the damage then. That would probably make the date of the accident 10.19/2000 to 10/20/2000.
