Our Association Documents, the CC&R's, are real old. If we want to change any part of them, like the prohibition against garage sales, it is almost impossible because the notarized signatures of 90% of all the homeowners are needed - almost impossible. :-(

All of you got a form to be signed, notarized and mailed to Joy@Ghertner. If we get enough to reply, we'll only need signatures of 67% of the homeowners to change the documents.

I and my wife mailed ours in - we want garage sales. How about everybody else?
