Beyond the question of the townhomes, is anyone else despondent over the wasted potential of this neighborhood? When I moved here I guess it was the beautiful landscape that blinded me to the fact that this is a subdivison that is a waystation to something bigger and better. I have come to the conclusion that money spent on home improvement in this subdivision is probably a bad move.
I maybe all wrong about this...would appreciate feedback. Thanks.

If I, like you, had neighbors that left their trash cans and soggy newspapers on the side of the road and that parked numerous cars in front of their home, I would be depressed. When the Titans lost to the Ratbirds, I became despondent. The ''wasted potential'' of The Woodlands wouldn't affect me one way or another.

That is my $.02 worth.

Thoughts indeed.

You really missed the mark on this neighborhood. Agree that it is a beautiful area....but not an area kept up. Sad reflection on the homeowners/Board that are blind/lazy to the factors that have started to decrease property values and make it a subdivision that has started its descent into a Nolensville Road feel/look rather than Nippers Corner/Brentwood.
