I see many guidelines listed in the directory that are not followed in the neighborhood. As far as the complaint form, it will do no good as no one wants to give their names on a complaint. I think past time to start enforcing the codes but I predict the Board will do nothing as it has always done because it really has no power or the desire to enforce the codes if someone really does not care to follow them.
