Thursday, some of us received a notice of an upcoming hearing in the board of zoning and planning. Hitt & Eatherly, the owners of 59 arces next to the Woodlands, want to amend the plat to build 15 houses. Two of them are planned to be at the end of Windypine, while 13 of the houses will be on South Woodstone. If you want to learn more, look at an earlier message thread about orange flags. It was posted in February of this year.
