I just saw four children riding a variet of motorized vehicles (two scooters- on with two girls riding double) and a boy riding a ''mini'motorcycle'' on ''city streets''...Where were their parents and what were they thinking??? I told the boy riding the ''mini-motorcycle'' that if I saw him again I WOULD call the Police and I think he heard me. I saw someone leave their house in a pick up truck while the boy was riding. My point is that people DO drive their cars (with licenses and registrations) on the same streets these kids were romping about on without any regard to stop signs or the rules of the road. What if someone came around the corner and found the kids? Now I do drive 25mph within Hickory Hills, but still...This is NOT acceptable behavior! What are their parents thinnking...next time I'll follow them home and try to find out!
