I live off Leesa Ann at the side of Hickory Hills. There is a path just outside the community property (which is posted to not use motorized vehicles) approximately 10' from my back yard which ATVs and dirt bikes use as a recreation area. Unfortunately, they have come by my house at 5:30AM, 10:30PM and all day long during nicer weather driving me inside to escape the noise and fumes. I have tried to talk with Emery Gasser and the Mt. Juliet Police to no avail. Is there nothing I can do to stop this? Do these people not understand that while it may be ''FUN'' to them it is nothing b uy annoying to me. I have a great deck and hot tub - I would so like to enjoy them without these people interupting me at all hours. They have even driven guests of mine inside. HELP.

Since it is posted, is there not anything the police can do to enforce the usage of the property? I know it is not part of Hickory Hills, and I know the ATV problem has been going on for a while. If the police cannot enforce the law, then I do not know what to suggest. I believe the land owner is John Coleman Hayes. He may be able to assist you with some advice, as he is an attorney as well as a developer. I do not have his phone number, but his office is JCH in the phone book in Nashville listing. Good luck.
