When a red-neck burns their entire wardrobe on thier front lawn, how long do the rest of us have to look at it before someone makes them clean it up?

Also, who is in charge of keeping people from parking cars, trucks, trailers, etc. on their front lawn?

We completely agree. We moved here because we were told it was mandatory to follow the restrictions, but so many people aren't. It's embarrassing to have guests over. Enforced or not, we should all have enough respect for our neighbors to keep our yards nice...

And as for the burn pile on Brownstone, it REALLY does look terrible...

Venting

Don't worry, I think the trash in the front yard was burned about a month ago. I also think that was the last time they mowed their yard. Pretty soon I think the trash will disapear in their field. ( uh,er! I mean yard! )

Can someone please tell me what we pay association fees for!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Besides the pools, club house(that we have to rent),and our ''grand entrance'' (that is lined with trash from the tacky condos they are building up front. All the construction trash blows into everyones yards.) The only thing that is enforced around here is the ''parking on the street over night law''. Oh, and I almost forgot all speed traps throughout the neighborhood and the entrance. I'm sure the police can get their money in town, oh, I don't know by doing their job, wait! that's too hard, why not (fleece) the people that live in Hickory Hills. Give them a ticket when they are one minute from their house on a Friday. Or better yet fine them $20.00 for leaving their car parked on the street in front of their ( own ) house over night.

If Gasser property isn't getting kick backs from the Mt. Juliet Police Dept. They should at least take notes on how to uphold rules and laws. Maybe enforce them too.
