Hi everyone. Just found the web site. I had a few items I thought might be worth discussing such as:

Does anybody that actually LIVES in this community use the community center? I am frustrated because I have a two year old who can't go to the park between 3 and 5 because there are too many bigger kids swinging and using the slides. Some of these kids were using the baby swings (red ones) and these kids looked to be at least 13 or 14. It's sad that the park down the road off charlotte is safer than the community park right next door.

We do largely host kids from neighborhoods across Charlotte at the McCabe Community Center.

Come to our neighborhood association meetings and we'll talk. Second Monday night of every month at 7p, Cohn Adult Learning Center, basement Sr. Renaissance Center.
