All that I can say for sure is that Session Paving plans to start the resealing of the streets on Monday, July 9th. Right now, the Board has a tentative schedule, but I expect that it will be soon changed. Whenever the latest schedule is received, it shall be posted here.

Unofficial paving schedule
Here's my unofficial schedule. When the schedule is firm, it'll be posted here. The Board is going to pass out notices to everybody. Be sure to read them. My schedule of paving is Monday-July 9th Tuesday-July 10th Wednesday-July 11th Friday-July 13th (maybe) Also, if it rains there won't be any paving that day. One thing that I can tell you. Last year, I got tar on my running/walking shoes from the area that had had been resealed. I got the tar off be using a combination of water and Spray-N-Wash. |

The Details of the Plan!!!!!!
Straight from the Board!!!!! JUNE-JULY 2007 ROAD SEALING: IMPORTANT. Starting Monday, July 9th and ending Friday July 13th, unless there is rain, which will extend the project by a day for each day it rains. No work will be done on Thursday July 12, - garbage pick-up day. During this short term project, please be FLEXIBLE AND COOPERATIVE as streets will be down to one lane and will have to accommodate traffic in both directions. Work will begin at the entrance and cover half of the street for units 100 to 144, ending at the bridge. On Tuesday, July 10th they will seal the exit lane and the left hand lane from unit 100 to 144 ending at the bridge. On Wednesday, July 11th sealing will begin at the bridge and continue on the right hand side for units 200 to 246. No work will be done on Thursday, July 12th. On Friday, July 13th work will begin at the bridge and continue on the left hand side for units 200 to 246. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS WET SEALING. Park in visitor parking or a neighbor?’s driveway or leave you car in the garage if possible. Driving on wet sealant will track the black sealer onto your driveway and will reduce the coverage on the street. Traffic cones will be placed around wet sealer. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE CONES OR BARRIERS. Hearthstone Manor HOA and our contractor will not be responsible for any vehicle damage if it travels over new sealant that has been blocked off. This is an important project that will protect and extend the life of our streets - thank you for your cooperation. Information on this project is also posted on our website. |
