Should an unconcerned landlord be allowed to rent property in a neighborhood  and care less about the upkeep?  Should the landlord take responsibility in ensuring that the property is without code violations as prescribed by the City of San Antonio?  I want to hear from you.

Landlords who neglect to take responsibility for the upkeep of their prperty need to be given a fine by the COSA.

Many landlords in my neighborhood do not care just as long as they get their monthly rent money.  I think these slumlords should be contacated by their neighborhood association and the code compliance officer and made to keep the property up.
