The Mayor has set up a dirty dozen list of 12 deteriorated properties that need attention from their owners. I would like to propose a few in our area.
At the corner of Lee Street and coming down Sylvan Blvd there are abandoned factories with roofs caving in and walls falling down. To make it worse homeless and/or aimless people are hanging there in record numbers using the site for prostitution and drugs.
What are your thoughts?
