Neighborhood Watch

Hello everyone! My husband and I are fairly new to the development, we moved here in February from Kennett Square. Yesterday, I was outside doing yard work and I noticed a very loud, older gray pickup truck enter our lane (Portland Circle) drive around the culdesac, then exit. It was about dusk, didn't think it was too odd however, early this morning, at around 130-2am, I had my windows open and I noticed the same truck pull back onto our lane, go around the culdesac and then proceed through the rest of development. If I see the truck again I will call police, however I just wanted to inform everyone to keep a look out. Thanks
