Hey there to my future neighbors of Oak Trail Shores!  My family just purchased land here and will be building our first home...so excited!  It may take a year to build it, possibly two, but we are ready for the challenge.  I was reading on one of the discussions, so I have questions.  Is it true that we will need a bricked mailbox?  Ok with that because we used to live in a place where the local kids liked to play mailbox bash!  So bricks will certainly keep our box from getting dents...lol.  Also was curious how many people would like to see positive change in our subdivision...I also read complaints about HOA.  I would love to hear all comments.  I am a very passionate person who cares very much about my surroundings.  I see so much potential in this subdivision.  We love the desert and outdoors, we play music, love to camp, fish, love animals.  Would love to get to know my neighbors....make some new friends.  We have moved a lot but we are finally putting down roots in Granbury!  Hope to hear from you all soon!
