I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who showed up for the meeting tonight.

Tonight we elected 5 board members. They are as listed,

President - Tina Gardner

Vice President - Julie Wheeler

Secretary - David Berry

Treasurer - Priscilla Dillon

Assistant Treasurer - Susan Key

I want to let the home owners know that I will do the best I can. I care for our neighborhood and like to see it stay beautiful.

On that note......I do want everyone to know that I will not lower my standards by bickering or degrading my fellow neighbors on this website or any others. I will not address any issues on here either.  If I did then I might make one neighbor happy and another mad (which is the way the world works).

The only way I will address any concerns is by email only. My email address is gardnertina18@gmail.com and I will reply within 72 hours. Please leave your real name, address, and telephone number and your concern.

I know that some of my fellow neighbors might not agree with the way I want to handle this. I do have a personal life also and I would like to have it respected, just as you would. The last president had telephone calls at all hours of the night and people coming to his door at all hours while he was trying to spend some quality time with his wife and two young boys.

I am married to Kyle Gardner. I have one daughter named Megan. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I do know that as president not every second can be personal and will spend a lot of quality time doing my job as your President. If you see me out please don't think you can't stop to chat, I really am a very friendly person.

Thank you once again to all who attended tonight and to those who wished they could have made it but unable due to work, illness, FOOTBALL, etc...

I am so glad to see that we have a board again!  And that it seems like we are not turning our neighborhood over to a management company!  Thank you all (esp. Priscilla for being our board for the last few months) for stepping up to take care of our community.

I couldn't make it to the meeting yesterday as I have two sick kids and no babysitter - But hope it all went well.  Good luck board! I appreciate that you are each working for our neighborhood.

I second Emma's comments and also wish I could have been at the meeting. I was away all weekend. Congrats & good luck to our new Board!
