I live near the Doc Levinson park and the new mini motorcycles that these kids have are loud and completely inappropriate for that park. Parents, including myself, cannot enjoy the park with these motorcycles tearing around the park at full speed. They are loud and they prevent me from even opening my windows to let in fresh air. It is like a chainsaw and they ride around on these bikes all day. I called the NC county police but they did nothing. This needs to come to a stop.

Can you elaborate on how the NCC Police did nothing? I've almost called the police as well. These bikes could not possibly be allowed on the streets of our 'quaint' neighborhood.

We as a neighborhood have to stick together and continually call the police everytime we see these kids on these bikes or 4 wheelers. I call everytime they are on them and it seems like the more you call the better the results. Encourage all your neighbors to call too. I am sure they don't like it either. It is only a matter of time before one of these kids is seriously injured or killed on one of these things!!!

The police dont care about these things. I watch them drive right by a kid on a red one. It makes frequent stops to 182 Vincent Circle.

As for the 4 wheelers. There was on parked in the street for 3 hors with the driver hanging out on the cell phone. I called to complain (not street leagle and parked in a city park parking lot). But the cops never showed up. Sont talk to Sargent Sparks at Southen Patrol.. He does not seem to care...
