Is there anyway we can have the police start patrolling through the neighborhood at dusk to stop the kids from hanging out at either the local parks or on the corners yelling and cursing at all hours of the night. I encourage people to continually call either 911 or the police non emergency # 573-2800 and report any kids doing this. Also there are way too many kids riding around the neighborhood on bikes at late hours. It will only be a matter of time before one of them gets hit and their parents are blaming someone else, instead of their lack of parenting. This neighborhood needs to stick together and not let the few who don't care about others take it over.
