I check this thing weekly too. At least the three of us use it. It would be great to hear the concerns of the others in our neighborhood.

We need more concerned residents

As President of the Civic Association, I can tell you that there are many fine people in Middletown Village. As with most areas, we have a share of bad residents. However, a good amount of the negative issues in our community are caused by outsiders who don't live here. The more concerned residents we have the less trouble there will be. If you see something that does not seem right, call the police. If you want to help improve our community, come to the monthly meetings and volunteer. Our next meeting is on Feb 7th at 7:00PM. We have over 700 families in our development and when all the construction si over we will have 1,100 families. However, we only get between 20 and 70 residents at the meetings. Yes some people have to work or have children that they can not leave alone. But most residents don't have any excuse for missing the meetings except that they don't want to be bothered. I wish we had more reisdents like you and the others on this website who care. If we all could bring one family who has not been to a meeting, we could have more influential reisdents who will accomplish great things.
