New Horizons Neighborhood Association was created recently by concerned residents of the area due to the need for improvements to the area. With the extensive aide from Scott Kutner, District Manager of the Community Development Agency from the City of Santa Ana, our association has grown, slowly but surely, and includes a core group of residents that identify the problems, needs, and resources of our neighborhood that affect our community. We encourage you to become part of our association and to give us your input and opinions. Hope to see you there!
