I was very impressed with the offer by Terminix to enroll the entire subdivision. I imagine the entire subdivision advertising the first neighborhood to be fully protected from termites through this system could be worth several thousand dollars in equity. I would be thrilled at the opportunity to join this effort. Anyone who has fought this battle and lost knows how devastating it can be. The new baits are the first treatments to show any true level of success. Treating the entire area is the best opportunity to rid our neighborhood of this threat forever. Please join me in this fight.

The Homeowners Association is in the process of devising a program to poll members to identify the people who are interested in the Terminix proposal. I believe that Rusty is correct that a solid subdivision program could add value to our homes.
