Hello everyone,

  We are buying a home in Blanco Bluffs and are so eager to get to know the area and our new neighbors.  We have two kids (5, 3) and were draw to this particular neighborhood by all the kids playing outside, the beautiful treed lots, and small area.  This discussion does not look overly active but if you have anything you'd like to pass along to a new neighbor, we'd love to hear it.
