With all of the development going on in and around Laurelton. CCOL has decided to take on a massive project which is the re-zoing of all of Laurelton. We were tired of our neighbors complaining that next door to them they are building upward and outward. There are so many cars on the street they can't seem to get a spot or even at times get into their driveways. Many Laureltonites also have complained about the noise from renters and litter in the streets as well.

We want to know what do you think about what we are doing? Good or bad, We'd like to hear from you!

Rezoing Laurelton

I think rezoning your area is a good idea. I currently live in the Bronx and I know what it is like to live with noise and garbage on the streets, let alone tall buildings blocking the sunlight.

How did your organization go about re-zoning Laurelton? can you please respond so I can do it for my community.

I want to complain about my neighbor. I live on 220th street close to the LIRR station. He is proceeding to build and addition upward two a couple of housing down from me. My wife's friend lives next door to them and has no view unless
she now looks out the front of her house or the back. Does he have the right to build just like that?
