I share a driveway with a neighbor who doesn't use it because her vehicle is too big to fit between our homes. My wife and I do however use the driveway. The only way to get to our garage or parking space, is by using the driveway. Our neighbor has decided not to clean the snow and ice on her side of the driveway which has made it nearly impossible for us to park our car in the back without risking damage to the car or side of the homes. We've tried to be civil with our neighbor regarding other parking matters, but now feel she is being selfish and does not want to consider our needs aswell.

Does anyone have any experience, knowledge, or advise as to where we can look up the laws of easment and/or if we have a presentable case in court for something like this?
