With all the class and computer space in the new School Department building, can't the City of Pawtucket allow advanced groups of 12th graders at Shea and Tolman High Schools to have classes on Main Street and at the Pawtucket Public Library?

There are two reasons for my request.

First of all, the School Department does have computers that senior students need for finishing term papers.

Second of all, if the School Department does not have computer space, the nearby Pawtucket Public Library does have computers and a better supply of books for students to use.

In closing, this would be a winning situation for pressure filled seniors who are challenged with college level work.

Is this legally possible? Neighbors, what do you think?

Interesting & Creative Solution

We should explore this and all options for independent and creative solutions. Maybe some businesses could give new or even their old computers to the system for some of this stuff. Might be a good idea to enlist some retired people especially teachers to give a guiding hand to these kids too.
