Sewerage Drains

We have placed warning tape around the sewerage drains that have been identified as dangerous.  The county then came behind us and brought out some cones.  We have received word that they will come out again after the first of the year to start the repairs on these drains.  If anyone finds others that are dangerous besides the two that have been identified on North Lake Drive, please let me know ASAP.

Street Paving Schedule

We have a call in to the county for information on this.  We hope to hear more in the near future so we can have an idea when our streets are due.

Lights

The board has placed one 3-light set of solar lights in front of the North Lake Sign on the Corner of Hamrick and Lakes Drive.  We hope this will make our sign more identifiable.

Speeding

We have placed some warning signs out to remind everyone that there are children in this neighborhood and that speeding is not allowed.  The sheriff's department has called us back and has advised us that they will increase patrols in our area and will now shoot radar on a more frequent basis.  Please help us keep everyone safe by not speeding.
