It would make sense now when so many are getting past the unemployment compensation limits and too frustrated at no work possible. There could be constructive efforts in many communities and constructive supports for human beings running out of dreams and esteem.

I am sure the opposition from Unions and Business would be there, but the rewards for the greater good would be immense. Do we have the courage to follow the Roosevelt example of Leadership?
