I was honored to speak on behalf of the PPD and humbled by the hundreds of years of Law Enforcement experience that was in the chamber that night. 

Arthur,I attended this event was noticed the same, I was able to catch up with a few of the Officers after the event to thank them and let them know District 5 believes we have the cream of the crop on our streets.
