Dear Arthur,

This is a fascinating topic.  Facebook is gossipy and colorful as well as dangerously addictive.  My 20 year old son says reading Facebook is much like snooping into a neighbor's bathroom window. The "Peeping Tom" mentality is partly why my son left Facebook.  It is too addictive and time consuming, especially when in college, he has to study 30 hours per week.

My fear for the future is teens today will no longer speak to each other.   Hopefully, this will not result in long term grade loss due to lack of studying.

Dear Arthur and friends,

Is everything written on Facebook stored for long term even after everything is erased?

I am sure there is an archive somewhere for many to keep track.

Note that much of rhe anger of teens might be better dealt with by anger management counselling at CCAP and others rather than on FB and other sad situations.
