Annual Home for the Holidays Contest: Bob & Karen Dunsmore, Matt & Jana Matthews and Elaine Chester all of Palmerston Ct. were judged by Carolyn Haag from the New Castle County Office of Community Governing for the best decorated homes in Newtown Village.
