Welcome!

The Association shall represent and act in behalf of it's members in matters pertaining to the safety, security, welfare, and best interests of the residents of Niu Valley.  All homeowners and occupants of homes in Niu Valley and Niu Estates shall be eligible for membership.  Please join the Association (dues are $10 per household per year) and used in making Niu Valley a better place to live.
